Virtuality is a series of light boxes featuring screenshots of social networks like Second Life, showing these virtual worlds, alternative spaces for contemplation and post-romantic “wandering”, great tools of consumption and marketing.
Meanwhile a video is projected, free of dialogues between the male and female character. The first looks at himself a mirror while the eyes of the second reflect abstract scenes. The mirror, replica of the real, is here used as a metaphor of virtuality and of the narcissistic desire to multiply images of ourselves, to be always re-created.

An audiovisual performance has been created from this series of works, exploring how story-telling can be challenged and expanded through improvisation and live performance.
